After completing my studies for class 12th, I wished to study abroad. And that’s when I came to know about ‘Overseas Edvises’. It was a sheer luck that I stumbled upon this consultancy firm. Being a novice and having little knowledge, Mr Harvinder Singh and Mr Taranbir Singh were the ones who guided me to achieve what I had set out to achieve. I personally recommend and believe that they are the best in business.

I am Ravneet Kaur Grewal, a citizen of India but now happily living in Australia . I cannot thank much to Mr Taranbir from Overseas Edvises who helped me a lot in getting my spouse visa for Australia . I got married on 7th February 2010 and my application for spouse visa was applied by an agent from Chandigarh . I want to forget those days when I got one refusal after another. I cannot explain how I spent those 14 months when I was hopeless after getting two refusals from the Australian High Commission.

Those refusals made my life stop for more than a year because my husband was studying in Australia and he had to live in Australia for that time. I started thinking that I would not be able to join my husband in Australia and we made plans that we will try one more time and if we get refusal again he will come back and live in India . For third time me and my parents discussed my case with many lawyers in India and abroad. Every lawyer and agent gave us negative response because they thought the case is very complicated and all the paperwork was messed up.

Everyone said that my agent hasn’t applied the correct way of application for spouse visa and he hasn’t shown the funds properly. I was even refused for a student visa application by lawyers because they thought that it is not a good idea right now because the High Commission knows my intentions. Some of them insisted that I can apply for a visitor visa with a 50% chance of approval. It was all looking like a very big thing for me to accomplish. I prayed a lot to god to bring some good luck back into my life. My husband came back from Australia in his vacations. We together went to many known lawyers and agents but we got all negative responses.

One day a friend of my brother told us about Overseas Edvises. We met Mr. Taranbir and showed all the papers. He told us that it is a complicated case and told us to come back the next day. He studied the case and told us that if we show the funds in a particular manner then there is a possibility of a positive response. Those words just made me feel happy and gave me a reason of hope that I can possibly live with my husband in Australia . Mr. Taranbir gave me hope and treated me like a sister. He said that I should not worry and he will get my application on a right track. We worked on the case for about 20 days and got the required paperwork. My family visited his office numerous times and he always gave them respect like his own family. Finally he attached all the papers together and applied for my case. It took 2 and a half months for the Australian High Commission to give me my deserving spouse visa after the application.

I cannot explain the joy and happiness I felt that day. I am very thankful to my elder brother Mr Taranbir to help me with my case and I wish him good luck for his future.
